Twos & Tots
Twos & Tots offers childcare and education for children 0-2 years old.
Our centre is down the drive where it is quiet and safe, surrounded on two sides by the school and their playing field. There is plenty of parking except at school drop off/pick up times. We usually have up to 12 babies and toddlers, and 18 two year olds who transition next door when they are about 3.
Our ratios are 1:3 for the under two year old children, and 1:6 for the two year olds.

Threes & Up
Threes & Up offers childcare and education for children 3-5 years old.
This centre beside St James School on Albert St is quiet and safe. At Threes & Up we have up to 43 children aged from 3 until starting school.
Our ratio is 1 teacher for every 8 children.
The learning environment at Threes & Up
Tūī 2’s & Tot is a converted house, that opened its doors in 1998;
While Tūī 3’s & Up is a purpose built centre, that opened two years later in 2000.
Education Review Office (ERO) Akarangi: quality evaluation report evaluates the extent to which this early childhood service has the learning and organisational conditions to support equitable and excellent outcomes for all learners.
