Amey
Head Teacher - Qualified Registered Teacher
Kia ora, I’m Amey (Head Teacher)
I am a qualified and fully registered Early Childhood Teacher. Graduating with my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) in 2014. I believe that relationships are at the heart of all we do as teachers. I also believe that children need to feel valued and secure in the knowledge they are loved and cared for so they feel safe to actively explore the world around them. I look forward to getting to know you and your whānau and being a part of your child’s learning journey.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and exploring new places together. We also spend as much time as possible with our extended family and friends as they are an important aspect of our life. Going for walks, particularly among natural bush areas, and reading are also things I enjoy doing to relax and unwind.
